PTO Information
What We Do!
The primary purpose of our PTO is to bring LNE parents and school staff together to jointly determine how we can best benefit the school community, often by asking ourselves, what would really make a difference?
We then fundraise, secure partnerships with various organizations, and host events to raise the money we need to achieve our goals.
Who We Are?
Meet our board! We are a group of moms who have a shared interest in wanting to make every day at LNE a bit better than the one before. If you see us around, please introduce yourself!
Lexi Mannarino
President
Hi, I’m Lexi and I am excited to be serving as your PTO President. I have 2 not so little boys ages 11 and 8. My 11-year-old graduated last year from Lake Norman Elementary School where he was in the DI program since kindergarten. My younger son will be in second grade in the DI program this year.
My husband Eric and I have been in Mooresville since 2016 and NC since 2009. When I’m not helping out at school, you can find me on the side lines cheering my boys on in football, lacrosse, and soccer or on deck cheering them on at swim. I also love traveling and exploring new places with my crew.
I’m looking forward to meeting new families and working together to have a great year!
Annabel Amado
Co-Vice President
Hi, I’m Annabel and I am thrilled to serve as the Co-Vice President of the PTO board. I have a rising first grader in the DI program and a preschooler who can’t wait to join her brother at LNE in 2025.
My husband and I moved to Mooresville, NC, from New Jersey almost three years ago, and we have fallen in love with this beautiful town and its community. Our family loves to search for new trails to hike and explore surrounding natural areas. We also enjoy family game nights and trying out new restaurants.
As a bilingual individual, I am committed to breaking down language barriers and ensuring that our Spanish speaking community feels included and informed with all of the activities we anticipate this upcoming school year. I look forward to working with all of you and making this a wonderful year for our children!
Angela Sendler
Co-Vice President
Hello! My name is Angela Sendler, and I am a proud mother of three wonderful children. Two of them have already graduated, and my youngest is an enthusiastic rising first-grader in the DI program. Originally from Lima, Peru, I have called Mooresville home for the past 19 years and have cherished watching our town grow into a vibrant, family-friendly community.
As a bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a unique perspective to our diverse community. Throughout my children’s educational journeys, I have been deeply involved in their school activities. I firmly believe in the profound impact of parental involvement on a child's education. Over the years, I've seen firsthand how creating meaningful activities not only enriches the educational experience but also fosters lasting memories and strengthens our community.
I am thrilled to join the PTO board, and I am looking forward to contributing to an exciting, fun, and memorable school year for all. Let's make this year one of the best yet!
Michelle Nabbie
Treasurer
Hey! I'm Michelle and I'll be your treasurer!
I have two girls, a rising 1st grader in the DI program and a 4-year-old who will be attending Kindergarten in the 2025/2026 school year. My husband Adil, of 9 years, and I spend most of our time together watching our kids play sports or going on adventures and seeing the world through the girls' eyes.
I work as a financial analyst full time and love what I do. I am hoping I can use my financial skills in my new role as your treasurer.
I love road trips and exploring all that America has to offer. Originally from NJ the best feeling was being able to get away from the rush and fast pace and be able to enjoy the simpler areas while on the road.
I am excited to get this year started and start my new role as your treasurer!
Jennsine Erickson
Secretary
Hey y’all, I’m Jennsine and I am delighted to serve as your secretary of the PTO board for this school. My husband and I moved to Mooresville in 2018 and we have three children ages 6, 4, and 3 months. My son is in 1st grade in the DI program and his sister will join him at LNE next year.
I was born in Guatemala City so Spanish is my first language. I feel blessed to be able to speak two languages and give the opportunity to my family to learn the same.
I feel like a jack of all trades. I received my degree in pre-law and have worked in law firms and medical fields as well. I have ran social media accounts and created content for YouTubers. I mold myself to what is asked of me and I hope I can provide what our LNE community needs. I can’t wait to work along side the rest of this amazing PTO board to bring you memorable experiences.
